We’re looking for a Release Manager / Development Process Owner to take our engineering velocity to the next level.
In this senior-level role, you’ll be the process driver, workflow architect, and release champion across development and QA teams. If you love turning chaos into clarity, building automation into workflows, and enabling dev teams to do their best work—this is your next big move.
🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:
Own the design and enforcement of our engineering processes—think Jira standards, sprint structure, release protocols.
Be the central coordinator of code releases across engineering and QA.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable solutions.
Lead process improvement rollouts, training, and adoption strategies.
Maintain a roadmap for scalable, automated delivery improvements.
Champion Agile best practices while balancing structure and team autonomy.
✅ What You Bring:
5+ years experience in Release Management, Technical Program Management, or DevOps/Engineering Operations.
Expertise with Agile development methodologies and tooling (Jira a must).
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
Passion for automation, process scalability, and continuous improvement.
Experience driving CI/CD and dev process maturity is a big plus.
Fluent in French and based in Quebec — this is a must!
