Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Recruitment Coordinator. This position involves managing early talent recruitment processes, supporting interview scheduling, candidate engagement, and project coordination, primarily focusing on campus recruitment initiatives. The role offers an excellent opportunity to develop and refine your recruitment expertise within a dynamic environment.
Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $22.59/hr
Responsibilities
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication for early talent programs
Support campus recruitment activities, including event planning and execution
Manage applicant tracking system data entry and maintenance
Assist with creating and delivering presentations for on-campus recruiting efforts
Collaborate with internal teams, Program Managers, and external university contacts
Contribute to branding strategies across social media platforms and recruiting events
Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation for selected candidates
Track recruitment metrics and prepare status reports
Support project management activities related to talent acquisition initiatives
Maintain strong stakeholder communication and ensure timely deliverables
Desired Skill-Set
Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in talent attraction or campus recruitment
Proven ability to perform in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments
Strong understanding of HR management practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday, for 2 or more years
Highly organized with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a positive attitude
Demonstrated project management skills or experience
Nice to Have
HR designation or certification
Experience within the financial services industry
Ability to effectively market and promote recruitment initiatives
Familiarity with social media recruitment tools and branding strategies
Knowledge of Workday HR technology
