React/Node developer with GCP experience

Exciting opportunity: React/Node developer with GCP experience
Location: Downtown Toronto – 3days on site
Rate $100/hr.

Key skills, experience, and competencies required include:

– 10+ years of work experience as a React.js and Node.js developer, with a focus on building scalable, enterprise-level technology stacks using JavaScript and a broad set of tools.
– 7+ years of extensive experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as Postgres and MongoDB.
– 7+ years of experience with Redis or caching strategies.
– 7+ years of experience deploying and managing containerized applications on GCP using Kubernetes.
– 7+ years of experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
– 7+ years of experience with REST API design.
– Knowledge in Object-Oriented and Functional Design.
– Familiarity with modern JavaScript toolsets including ES6, Typescript, Babel, Lerna, Jest, and Protractor.
