Quality Engineer – Commercial Auto Insurance

We are Hiring: Quality Engineer – Commercial Auto Insurance | Hybrid (GTA, ON) | Canada | Long-term contract

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer with over five years of hands-on experience in software testing (both manual and automation) and a background in the Canadian Commercial Insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases
2. Review user stories, requirements, and technical design documents
3. Build and maintain regression and automation test suites
4. Provide clear QA metrics, reports, and issue escalations
5. Ensure testing standards, documentation, and IT controls are met
6. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive quality and efficiency

Required Skills:
1. 5+ years of software testing experience
2. Strong experience with both manual and automated testing
3. Knowledge of Selenium (automation)
4. Experience with Guidewire applications (must)
