Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about quality in the medical technology space? We’re looking for a Quality Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis to support essential quality functions.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining our high standards by:
– Coordinating with cross-functional teams to support the resolution of customer complaints
– Maintaining and organizing Quality Records related to complaint activities
– Triage incoming complaints daily, escalating as needed to the right departments
– Helping us sustain our Quality Objectives and support compliance efforts

Success in this role looks like:
– Timely and accurate maintenance of complaint records
– Efficient triaging and escalation of issues
– Strong communication and collaboration with internal teams
