We’re looking for a talented QA Specialist to join a high-performing team working on a major digital transformation project! If you love ensuring top-quality software, have strong ServiceNow experience, and enjoy both manual and automation testing, this is your chance to make an impact.
What You’ll Do:
Lead QA efforts across ServiceNow modules (Incident, Change, Service Portal, Knowledge Management)
Execute manual and automated testing using ATF
Collaborate in Agile teams and support full SDLC
Mentor junior QA analysts and drive process improvements
What You Bring:
4+ years in QA (manual + some automation)
3+ years with ServiceNow
Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
