About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Automation QA Specialist with a strong background in the banking industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of web-based applications through comprehensive testing strategies, leveraging their expertise in automation tools, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

This role primarily focuses on web testing, with mobile testing as a nice-to-have skill.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Webdriver IO.Conduct comprehensive API testing to validate backend functionality and integrations.Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java or Python.Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other QA team members to define testing strategies and ensure high-quality deliverables.Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for web applications.Document and track defects, working with the development team for quick resolution.Participate in agile ceremonies, contributing innovative ideas and proactive solutions.Conduct manual testing as required for specific scenarios or edge cases.Qualifications:

Proven experience in automation QA within the banking or financial services industry.Proficiency in Selenium and Webdriver IO.Strong knowledge of API testing and tools such as Postman, REST-assured, or similar.Hands-on programming experience with Java or Python for test automation.Experience in mobile application testing is a plus, though not mandatory.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git is an asset.Culture Fit:
