We’re Hiring: QE Lead (IVR + Automation) | Toronto, ON (Canada)

We are looking for an experienced QE Lead to join our team for an exciting contract opportunity based in Toronto, ON. This role requires a minimum of 4 days onsite per week.

🕒 Job Type: Contract (Onsite – 4 days/week)

🔍 Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a QE Lead, especially in cloud-based or migration projects
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hands-on experience with IVR systems, including testing for voice and NLP
Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong automation testing experience using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Postman
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Strong technical foundation in software engineering or related fields
Problem-solving mindset with adaptability in fast-paced environments
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies
