📍 Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 days onsite | Potential 3–4 days)
📅 Contract: ASAP – Oct 31, 2026 (Extension possible)

We’re hiring a QA Test Lead (UAT) to join a high-impact initiative within Corporate & Commercial Banking Technology, focused on transforming Problem Loan Management (PLM) systems.

This is a high-visibility enterprise program with executive attention, replacing legacy platforms to drive automation, regulatory compliance, and scalable data solutions.

💼 What you’ll do:
Lead end-to-end UAT strategy, planning, and execution
Design & execute test cases, scripts, and test plans
Manage defects, test cycles, and release coordination (JIRA)
Perform hands-on testing + data validation (SQL)
Collaborate with Dev, BA, and stakeholders across SDLC
Drive risk assessment & release readiness decisions
Mentor junior testers and lead testing discussions

✅ Must-have skills:
3+ years as a QA / UAT Test Lead
Strong experience with test planning & strategy
Hands-on with JIRA & Excel
Experience writing complex SQL queries for validation

⭐ Nice-to-have:
Banking / financial services experience
Spanish language or testing Spanish applications
Experience with data migration / security / performance testing
Knowledge of accounting principles
