Job description
13 plus years of experience of working and leading testing team in Manual System Testing System Integration Testing areas
7 years of handson exp with test plan development test strategy development functional testing and leading API projects
Good knowledge on QA process and terminologies
Experience in Defect Management
Good years of Experience on HP ALM and JIRA
Good Communication skill
Good years of experience and strong knowledge of Payments domain specifically in ACH EFT Wire and Instant payments
Well versed with ISO20022 changes and ISO20022 payments messages
Demonstrated ability to mentor junior testers and foster collaborative team environments ensuring high quality deliverables and continuous improvement
Proven expertise in streamlining testing processes to align with business goals and project timelines
Good understanding of different payment rails such as SWIFT payments Mandatory
Experience in payment rails such as ACH EFT Instant and Wire Payments
Hands on experience of working in waterfall and Scrum based projects
Able to Build and manage relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
