We are hiring a highly experienced QA/BA professional for a full-time hybrid position supporting a major banking client in the Treasury domain. This role requires a strong mix of testing and business analysis, with deep expertise in FX, MM, and Derivatives workflows.
★ Responsibilities:
✔ Gather and document business/functional requirements (BRD/FRD)
✔ Lead UAT strategy, execution, and reporting
✔ Work with global stakeholders in Treasury and Operations Tech
✔ Create test plans, traceability matrices, defect logs
✔ Analyze large datasets and create process/workflow diagrams
✔ Collaborate using JIRA, manage sprints, and deliver Agile updates
✔ Provide mentorship to QA team and support test automation as applicable
★ Required Skills & Experience:
✔ 8+ years of combined QA and BA experience
✔ Experience in Global Banking or Investment domain (Treasury preferred)
✔ Expertise in asset classes (FX, MM, Derivatives); Bonds/Rates is a plus
✔ Strong SQL for data analysis & validation
✔ Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, UAT cycles
✔ Excellent documentation, communication & stakeholder management skills
✔ Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
