🚨 Hiring: QA Automation Tester(Back Office) | Contract Opportunity 🚨| Toronto
💰 Pay Rate: $55-60/hr. Incop

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Tester / QA Automation Tester with strong hands-on automation experience and exposure to back-office systems within a fast-paced Agile environment.
This role will focus on supporting testing for an Investor Record Keeping System, with a mix of automation, manual testing, database validation, regression, integration, end-to-end testing, and post-production support.

What you’ll be working on:
• Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java
• Building scalable automation frameworks for regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Executing automated tests within CI/CD pipelines
• Supporting manual testers by identifying automatable test cases
• Performing database testing to validate data integrity
• Logging, tracking, and triaging defects with product owners and developers
• Supporting exploratory testing, migration testing, UAT, and post-production validations
• Working closely with QA, development, and business teams in an Agile lab environment

Must-have experience:
• 4+ years of experience as a QA Tester / Quality Assurance Tester
• 4+ years of hands-on test automation experience
• Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java
• Experience with back-office systems such as iFAST, AWD, or similar platforms
• Experience working in an Agile lab environment
• Good working knowledge of MS Project, MS Office, and MS Visio

Nice to have:
• Financial services industry experience
• Familiarity with SaaS and cloud-based operating models
• CI/CD testing integration experience
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket/Git, Xray, or Zephyr
• CBAP or other BA certification
