Key Requirements: • 8+ years of progressive IT experience with a strong focus on Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, and Test Automation
• 5+ years of experience in application testing, automation strategy, performance testing, and test environment management
• 2+ years of people leadership, project management, and delivery experience within the insurance industry
• Hands-on experience with both functional and non-functional testing, including performance, load, and resiliency testing
