Work Model: 100% Remote (PST Time Zone)

About the Role
We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer (Full-Time) to support an ongoing Genesys Cloud implementation for the CCaaS program. You will play a key role in automating tests across voice, IVR, and digital channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Must-Have Qualifications
Bilingual (English & French): Able to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages
Strong experience with QA automation
Hands-on experience with:
API automation
GUI automation
Selenium
Karate
Cyara automation testing – strong must-have
Experience with IVR testing
Experience supporting cloud contact center platforms (asset)
