Position: QA Automation
Location: Toronto, ON (Remote)
Type: Contract

Experience – 10 – 12 years

Required Skills & Qualifications
Extensive hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Appium, WebDriver.IO, Selenium, JMeter, Chrome Lighthouse, Karate, and BrowserStack.
Strong understanding of testing strategies, test case design, test planning, execution, and test management tools (e.g., Zephyr).
Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines with embedded quality controls at every stage of the SDLC (shift-left approach).
Solid experience with API and web automation strategies to improve quality visibility and control gates.
Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with ITSM / ITIL v4 processes, including change, incident, problem, and knowledge management.
Working knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a strong plus.
Exposure to SAP platforms such as S/4HANA and SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) is desirable.
Experience designing and using diagramming and architecture tools (Miro, Diagrams.net, FigJam, Mermaid.js).
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
