QA Analyst – Regulatory | Toronto (Hybrid)
We are currently hiring a QA Analyst – Regulatory for a hybrid contract opportunity in Toronto.
Position Details
Duration: ASAP to Oct 31, 2026 (approx. 5 months) with possibility of extension/FTE
Location: Toronto, Hybrid
Onsite Requirement: 3–4 days onsite may be required based on business needs
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Work Week: 37.5 hours/week
Must Have Skills
10+ years of experience in QA, testing, and automation, including 8+ years within Banking or Capital Calculations
8+ years of hands-on experience with Basel III regulatory reporting
Strong understanding of financial products, risk metrics, and regulatory calculations
3+ years of experience in data-centric QA automation and validation
5+ years of advanced SQL experience including joins, subqueries, aggregations, and performance tuning
Nice to Have Skills
Experience working as a QA Lead and leading at least one automation project
Strong experience validating large regulatory and financial datasets
Experience automating QA testing using Python
Experience using GitHub Copilot for test development and automation
Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA and ALM
