We’re Hiring – Python Lead Developer (Canada) 🇨🇦
📍 Locations: Montreal | GTA | Calgary
🏢 Onsite Hybrid: 3 days/week now, 4 days/week from September
📅 Start Date: ASAP

Are you a Python expert ready to lead and build scalable solutions in a dynamic environment?
🔧 Key Skills We’re Looking For:
🔹 6–8 years of strong Python development experience
🔹 Hands-on with Airflow, Kubernetes, ELK stack
🔹 Solid experience with Flask, Django, or FastAPI
Bonus points for:
🔹 Gen AI / LLM project experience
🔹 DB-to-DB migration (MS SQL → Open Source like ClickHouse or Spark)
🔹 Experience refactoring or migrating Java → Python
