We’re Hiring: Proposal Specialist – Public Markets Remote (Toronto-based | potential future hybrid) 12‑month contract | Extension & conversion possible What you’ll do: • Develop polished RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs • Manage end‑to‑end proposal production • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal & Compliance • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and on‑time delivery Ideal for someone with: • 2–4 years of proposal or financial services experience • Strong writing, research, and attention to detail • Ability to juggle multiple deadlines with confidence Bonus: Experience with Loopio, Qvidian, or Responsive If interested, apply on the link below.
