Exciting Opportunity: 3 Project Managers (Large-Scale Data Conversion Projects)
Location: Hybrid, Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada
Contract
Eligibility: Minimum 3 years of Permanent Residency in Canada or Canadian Citizenship required.

We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead and manage large-scale data conversion and migration projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee large-scale data conversion and migration projects from inception to completion.
Led cross-functional project teams, ensuring coordination across various departments.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Provide clear, concise, and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with data governance standards and regulations.
Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, resources, budgets, and risks.
Collaborate with teams to solve complex problems and deliver innovative solutions.
Utilize predictive, agile, and hybrid project management methodologies to achieve project goals.
Ensure the quality and integrity of project records, documentation, and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 7 years of proven Project Management experience managing large-scale data conversion and migration projects.
Minimum 7 years of experience managing cross-functional project teams.
Minimum 7 years of experience in vendor management.
Excellent written communication skills, with a disciplined approach to managing project records.
Strong interpersonal, management, and communication skills at all levels of the organization.
Exceptional organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Proven expertise in project and resource planning and management.
Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking to resolve complex challenges.
Solid understanding of data conversion, migration processes, and methodologies.
Knowledge of data governance and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with predictive, agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.
Project Management education and/or certifications (PMP).
Proficiency with project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, etc.).
Preferred Skills & Assets:
Familiarity with data structures, data mapping, ETL processes, and cloud platforms will be considered an asset.
Additional Requirements:
Up to three (3) pages of resumes detailing relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
Three (3) relevant work engagements within the past seven (7) years, with a focus on large-scale data conversion projects.
Provide two (2) references from individuals the project manager directly reported to.
