Project Manager (with Scrum Master Experience)

💼 Job Title: Project Manager (with Scrum Master Experience)
📍Location: Montreal, QC (Onsite)
⌛ Duration: 6+ Months (extendable based on project)
Note- Only for those who are located in Canada

What our client needs:
·    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
·    PMP and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) certification.
·    7+ years of project management experience in IT or digital product development.
·    3+ years of experience leading Scrum teams.
·    Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
·    Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, etc.).
·    Experience with managing distributed, remote, or hybrid teams.
·    Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
·    Experience in enterprise software delivery, cloud projects, or DevOps environments.
·    Exposure to scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
·    Experience with resource planning and vendor management.
