We are looking for a talented and driven Project Manager to join our team and contribute to a range of exciting, high-impact projects in the public safety sector.
What You’ll Do:
Support the Senior Project Manager in advancing key project milestones.
Assist in the development of comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and client representatives to ensure smooth project execution.
Track project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and deliver high-quality results.
Lead work packages, actively contributing to the development of complex network implementation strategies.
Proactively identify risks and manage issues related to client-facing deliverables.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and clients.
Contribute to project documentation, including Change Requests, Contracts, and project-specific reports.
Ensure all projects meet safety standards and are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.
Your Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in large-scale, high-value telecom and infrastructure projects.
2+ years managing or contributing to public safety radio infrastructure projects.
In-depth knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (MS Project, Excel, Visio).
Proven ability to manage complex project schedules, track milestones, and assess process flows.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop effective mitigation strategies.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead meetings and facilitate discussions.
Leadership aptitude with experience mentoring junior staff and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
Strong negotiation, consultation, and relationship management abilities.
Must-Haves:
Extensive experience in managing projects across all phases—concept, planning, implementation, and closeout.
Ability to articulate complex project information clearly and concisely in both written and verbal forms.
Proven track record in building reports that support critical decision-making on project scope, schedule, and cost.
