About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager / Leader to provide leadership and oversight on large-scale, complex, high-profile, and high-risk I&IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving multi-million-dollar, multi-year projects to successful completion while managing diverse stakeholders, ensuring compliance with client standards, and delivering on time, on scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities
Provide project management leadership across enterprise-wide I&IT initiatives.
Ensure deliverables meet business requirements while maintaining cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Lead organizational development, strategy, and business planning.
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and forecasts.
Monitor budgets, validate financial forecasts, and reconcile expenditures.
Direct cross-functional project teams, including staff and external consultants.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks before they impact delivery.
Present issues, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior executives and steering committees.
Drive adoption of I&IT project management best practices and client methodologies.
Develop business cases, privacy/impact assessments, and other key documentation.
Manage stakeholder engagement and communications with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Experience
Project Management
10+ years managing enterprise I&IT projects across business and technical teams.
Extensive experience with multi-million, multi-year projects.
Strong stakeholder management, risk/issue resolution, and change management expertise.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).
Hands-on experience with project management/collaboration tools (Jira, Trello, KanBan, MS Project, etc.).
Skilled in defining business/technical requirements and aligning with strategic objectives.
Technical, Deployment & Integration
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience in I&IT site deployments, infrastructure procurements, and QA leadership.
Working knowledge of DevOps (Azure) and cloud-related implementations.
Ability to deliver end-to-end electronic solutions across business and IT.
Documentation
Proven ability to create business cases, Privacy Impact Assessments, Threat Assessments, RFIs, and other governance documentation.

Must-Haves
Extensive end-to-end project leadership experience.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to engage senior executives and non-technical audiences.
Experience with cloud and DevOps-related projects.
Agile and Waterfall delivery knowledge.
