Project Manager – Healthcare IT (Remote/Hybrid – Canada)
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale healthcare IT project focused on modernizing electronic patient care reporting. This is a 2-year contract (April 2026 – March 2028) with potential for extension, fully remote or hybrid if local to Saskatchewan (1 day/week on-site optional).
What You’ll Do:
Lead end-to-end project delivery for IT software implementation.
Oversee project planning, governance, issue escalation, and stakeholder communications.
Manage organizational change to ensure smooth adoption of new technology.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, track KPIs, and provide analytics dashboards.
Ensure compliance, risk management, and timely project delivery.
What You Bring:
5+ years project management experience, with 2+ years managing large-scale IT projects.
2+ years organizational change management experience.
Experience with ESO Medusa Medical Technologies software.
PMP certification and post-secondary degree in Business Administration or related field.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
