We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a government client delivering complex IT initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, understands public-sector project governance, and can lead cross-functional technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead development of business cases, roadmaps, and briefing notes
• Manage the full project lifecycle (scope, schedule, budget, risks)
• Coordinate technical teams and stakeholders across departments
• Deliver project plans, status reports, and PMO documentation
• Guide projects through Enterprise Architecture governance checkpoints
• Facilitate requirements gathering, solution analysis, and cost evaluations
Required Experience

Strong background in IT project management and Agile methodologies
Experience delivering projects within government PMO frameworks
Familiarity with enterprise environments, including:

.NET / ASP.NET
MS Windows
MS SQL Server
Java / Oracle
Team Foundation Server
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Public Sector Experience
Candidates should demonstrate recent experience:
• Leading business cases, IT roadmaps, and operational deliverables
• Advising stakeholders and senior decision makers
• Navigating organizational and political environments
