Project Manager – Cybersecurity

Hiring: Project Manager – Cybersecurity at Downtown Toronto | Hybrid
Location: Baystreet, Downtown Toronto (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to support cybersecurity programs for our Banking Client at Toronto. The ideal candidate has a proven track record leading large, complex, concurrent projects directly—not just supporting other PMs—and brings strong experience as both a Project Manager and Scrum Master.

What You’ll Do
·        Lead multiple, enterprise-level cybersecurity projects from initiation through delivery
· Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, budgets, and risk/issue logs
· Oversee cross-functional technical and business teams in an Agile/Hybrid environment
· Run Scrum ceremonies and drive agile best practices where applicable
· Provide executive-level reporting and updates to PMO, technology leaders, and stakeholders
· Ensure alignment with Bank governance, compliance, and security frameworks
· Drive delivery of cybersecurity initiatives (IAM, threat management, infrastructure security, controls, etc.)

What We’re Looking For
· 10+ years hands-on experience as a Project Manager
· Track record directly managing large, multi-workstream projects
· Strong background as a Scrum Master and experience running Agile ceremonies
· Previous experience delivering cybersecurity or security-related technology projects
· Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
· Experience working in complex enterprise or banking environments
· Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or Agile PM are strong assets
