Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a Major Insurance client at Toronto for a contract role with potential to extend or convert!
Position: Project Manager
Contract Period: 02/17/2025 – 09/26/2025 (Potential to extend or convert)
Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Hours: 9 am – 5 pm (Standard 37.5 hrs/week)
Role Overview:
This role is within the Procurement team, focusing on the implementation of a new CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tool to improve procurement functionality. The ideal candidate will have experience managing CLM system implementations and will play a key role in ensuring the project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project coordination and integration of technical activities
Present proposals, reports, and findings to clients
Analyze technology and resource needs to assess project feasibility
Work closely with management, production, and marketing staff to ensure smooth project execution
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Have Skills:
Minimum of 4 years of project management experience
Experience with CLM system implementation (Ivalua, Sirion, iCertis, DocuSign, Iron Clad)
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work between business and IT
Deep knowledge of CLM functionality, capabilities, and setup
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with supply chain projects
Interview Process:
2 Rounds: 1st round with the Hiring Manager, 2nd round with the Panel (45 minutes each)
