Job Title: RFR – PM-950 – Project Manager

Client: Shared Health Manitoba

Working Status: Services will be performed via remote access. Services shall not be performed remotely from outside of Canada.

Contract Duration: 12 months, possibility

Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba

Hours per day: 7.75

 

Mandatory Requirements

1. Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

2. Valid Information Technology Service Management (ITIL) certification.

3. Valid PRINCE2 Practitioner or Foundation Certification.

 

Skills and Experience

1. 8 years’ experience developing project plans and budgets, monitoring project performance against tolerances, and reporting progress to the project steering committee.

2. 5 years’ experience in a business analysis role performing analysis on current state and future state business processes, identifying gaps, and making gap recommendations to stakeholders.

3. 4 years’ experience as a Project Manager overseeing the deployment of network infrastructure designed to support healthcare facilities and hospitals.

4. 3 years’ experience developing business cases. Experience should include the identification and analysis of alternative solutions as well as the development of metrics and indicators to measure expected benefits.

5. 2 years’ experience deploying Office 365 in a large (>5000 users) organization.

6. 2 years’ experience developing Privacy Impact Assessments for information systems.

7. 2 years’ experience developing security assessments to analyze software systems for vulnerabilities, potential threats associated with those vulnerabilities, and evaluating associated security risks.

The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
