Job Description:
The person will be the prime responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Requires good management skills to driving large transformational programs, solution rollouts, Digital technologies, Voice and Chart solutions using Agile methodologies.
Total Experience: 10 + years
Key Skills:
Proven working experience in project management in the ITES sector. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in Cloud based contact center implementations (Genesys, Cisco, Nice, Amazon connect, Five 9, Avaya and other Key ITES solution migrations)
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Proficiency in project management software tools.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of specialists, analysts, and SMEs to ensure provision of in-depth technical advice for their relevant subject matter area.
Interact with business SME’s to provision for functional scope.
Work with the enterprise architects and program team to initiate solution discussions regarding new business requirements
Establish communications, tools, methods, and templates conforming with Company requirements, standards, practices, tools, procedures, and applicable guidelines.
Maintain the Project Plan and contribute to the Integrated Project Plan and status reporting required by Company for different internal stakeholders.
Monitor progress against the Project Plan and report to the Company Project Manager, on a weekly basis, Project activities and resources to ensure progress against the Project Plan and work with Company’s Project Manager to address and resolve deviations from the Project Plan.
Conduct or attend regularly scheduled Project status meetings
Conduct or attend unscheduled meetings for the purposes of resolving roadblocks/escalation throughout the project lifecycle.
Support Company at Gate Review Meetings.
Provide reports relating to the Voice/Chat Services as reasonably required for Project.
Raise escalations/issues to company project manager for prompt resolution.
Lead and/or support discussions with Publisher. Leverage Suppliers expertise and relationship to help manage Publisher for timely responses.
