Loc: 4 days a week Toronto Rate: 60-65/hr incorporated
Required Skills and Experience
-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with strong Business Analysis capabilities
-Background in Capital Markets, with hands-on experience in counterparty credit risk (dealer side preferred)
-Experience with Clarity, Jira, SharePoint, and MS Project -Familiarity with pricing models and their integration into risk systems
-Strong understanding of governance documentation and regulatory compliance -Proven ability to gather, investigate, and document business requirements
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Exposure to platform migration projects in financial environments Knowledge of risk modeling and performance metrics
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support a major Canadian bank in its Capital Markets division, focusing on platform migrations. This role is critical for ensuring projects are executed efficiently, aligned with regulatory requirements, and compliant with internal governance frameworks. The successful candidate will lead initiatives within the counterparty credit risk space, and contribute to system integration efforts involving pricing models and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities -Establish and maintain governance frameworks and artifacts -Manage project risks, documentation, and reporting -Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders -Oversee resource allocation and ensure regulatory compliance -Support system integration and performance tracking using KPIs and metrics -Promote continuous improvement through best practices and lessons learned -Lead platform migration efforts within Capital Markets -Collaborate with stakeholders on counterparty credit risk initiatives
