Project Management Contract Opportunity – AI Surveillance Deployment
100% On-Site in the Oshawa area
Must Have Experience:
(1) Technology/Hardware Deployment Project Management,
(2) Manufacturing/Warehouse Environment Experience

One of TEKsystems’ clients is seeking a Project Manager for an initial 10 month contract opportunity (running until EOY 2026, and with the possibility of extension). This role is 100% on-site 5 days per week in Oshawa, ON.

Preferred Skills/Experience
-Prior hardware and technology deployment experience (ideally within a large enterprise environment).
-Prior plant, manufacturing, warehouse and/or industrial environment experience is a must have.
-Project Manager with strong communication/soft skills, and well-rounded experience.

Project Outline
-The clients’ Vision and Automation Services (VAAS) is distributed across manufacturing site locations. This group builds innovative IT solutions supporting manufacturing, leveraging current and emerging technologies. The focus includes many different technologies around computer vision, automation, XR, Robotics, and AI. Our work supports client manufacturing goals to build quality products with zero defects.
-This project is to install AI Based Cameras throughout manufacturing facilities, which will be able to identify defects at the plant and in the manufacturing process of the vehicle. By doing this, client will save millions of dollars by eliminating plants being shut down and vehicles being sold with defects.
