Role Overview:
As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and development of Dynamics 365 solutions. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our approach to project delivery while mentoring team members and ensuring adherence to best practices. Your expertise will be essential in managing complex projects and delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead Dynamics 365 Projects: Manage and deliver solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
✅ Power Platform Expertise: Develop applications and workflows using Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate to streamline business processes.
✅ Azure Development: Implement solutions using Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions, contributing to a robust cloud infrastructure.
✅ Governance and Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain best practices, governance standards, and quality assurance processes.
✅ Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Requirements:
🔵 Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM: Expert-level knowledge and experience with Dynamics CRM implementations.
🔵 Power Platform Proficiency: Strong experience with Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
🔵 Azure Expertise: Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions for building scalable solutions.
🔵 Development Skills: Proficient in SQL, C#/.NET, and experience with CI/CD automation processes.
🔵 Data Migration Tools: Knowledge of tools like KingswaySoft for seamless data integration and migration.
🔵 Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a lead role with a focus on mentoring and team development.
