Location: Ottawa (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)
Duration: 11 Months
Security Clearance: Must hold Secret Clearance and be eligible for NATO Secret

Job Summary:
Procom, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Junior Project Cost Controller to support project teams with financial analysis and reporting. The successful candidate will serve as a liaison between Finance and the PMO, assisting with economic, financial, and administrative functions. This role includes responsibility for cost control, billing, and project financial management, while ensuring adherence to internal accounting and control processes. Accurate and timely delivery of financial data and reports is essential.

Minimum Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related discipline, or equivalent education and experience
-1–3 years of relevant experience in large national or multinational organizations, preferably in the Defense & Security sector or in a project cost control role
-Familiarity with project environments and an understanding of basic project management and lifecycle concepts
-Experience with business systems such as SAP, Primavera, and Microsoft Excel
