🚨Looking for a Project Coordinator – IT for a Financial Services client🚨

📍 Hybrid, 3 days onsite – Toronto
⏰ 3-month (with possibility of extension)
💰 $50/hr (INC) – MAX

This role provides vital execution capacity to the AI Adoption team during a period of accelerating growth and rising operational demand. You will support the expansion of an enterprise-level Power BI dashboard measuring AI usage by onboarding new users, creating clear technical documentation, and managing the multi-channel intake queue. Collaborating closely with a cross-functional group of developers, data professionals, and the Program Manager in an Agile environment, your ultimate goal is to ensure scalability, streamline program operations, and drive smooth user adoption.

Only candidates meeting ALL the following criteria will be considered

Required Qualifications:
-4+ years of experience managing project operations, tracking action items, and maintaining process cadences within complex technology or analytics environments.
-Proven experience working with measurement, metrics, and analytics dashboards like Power BI from either an end-user or administrator perspective.
-Strong written communication skills with a track record of producing clear, accurate, and current user-facing documentation, quick-start guides, and change logs.
-Demonstrated ability to manage a multi-channel intake queue (email, Teams, Jira), triaging questions by urgency, routing to correct owners, and resolving user issues.
-Practical experience operating within an Agile environment, including participating in sprint planning sessions and utilizing project tools such as Jira to manage backlogs.
-Over 4 years of experience in customer success, enablement, or project operations alongside a Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
