📌 Must-Have Skills:
Excel Proficiency: 3-4 years of advanced MS Excel skills to effectively manage, track, and report project budgets.
Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interface with diverse contacts, from technical teams to senior management.
Organization: Exceptional ability to juggle multiple tasks and thrive under pressure.
Adaptability: Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and change requests.
📌 Nice-To-Have Skills:
2-3 years of experience in a coordinator role, especially in banking/financial fields.
Knowledge of retail banking products and services.
Familiarity with project management principles.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Visio.
