Project Coordinator – Support Major Capital Construction Projects

An organization is seeking Project Coordinators to support the coordination of IT infrastructure and technical requirements for multiple capital construction and renovation projects. These are high-impact roles offering the opportunity to contribute to the advancement of key facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide overall project coordination of IMIT scope for multiple complex projects.
Facilitate and coordinate stakeholders throughout design and construction phases.
Develop project plans, including scope development and scheduling.
Manage and track procurements for IMIT equipment and services.
Develop and manage IMIT budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain project documentation and track issues and decisions.
Provide on-site coordination and support.
Coordinate meetings and document key discussions.
Work closely with project/program management teams.
Coordinate reviews and validate requirements.
