TTP is hiring for an Intermediate Project Control Officer with experience in Health Care or the Ontario Public Sector. This is a strictly project coordination role, not a Project Manager or IT Coordinator position. Contract: 1 year (with the possibility of extension) Location: Hybrid – up to 3 days onsite Rate: $65/hr About the Opportunity: The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are executed according to client priorities, timelines, and standards, supporting innovation that improves patient outcomes across the health system. Key Responsibilities: – Coordinate project activities, meetings, and communications – Maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables – Manage project documentation with proper version control and storage – Support stakeholder engagement and facilitate information flow between teams – Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance processes Required Experience: – 3+ years of experience managing project communications and stakeholder engagement – 3+ years of experience in document management, including standards, version control, and storage – Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and MS Project – Healthcare or Ontario public sector experience is strongly preferred
