🔑 Must Haves:
• Minimum 6 -8 years of demonstrated experience working with medication data workflows within provincial, federal organizations and/or pharmacies
• Minimum 8-10 years of demonstrated experience project managing electronic health-related projects, ideally with experience pharmacy management systems
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience working with large, multi-project, programs in the health care system
• Minimum 8 -10 years of experience with and knowledge of project management concepts (e.g. project goals, risk, scope, participant roles, project and work package planning & scheduling, and quality management)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent time management, with the ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects
• Demonstrated experience managing projects or programs in Matrix organizational environments

• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience project managing electronic health-related projects, ideally with experience deploying clinical software systems. 20 Points
• Minimum 8 -10 years of experience with and knowledge of project management concepts (e.g. project goals, risk, scope, participant roles, project and work package planning & scheduling, and quality management). 20 Points
• Minimum 5 -6 years of knowledge working with prescription data workflows and associated business processes within hospitals, provincial agencies and/or pharmacies. 20 Points
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience working with large, multi-project, programs in the health care system. 20 Points
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating strength in presentation skills, verbal, written, active listening, conflict resolution and stress tolerance. 10 Points
• Proven track record working with medication prescribers and/or dispensers in the field. 10 Points
