SM Soft Consulting is seeking an experienced Program Manager (Intermediate) to support the Strategic Vendor Management (SVM) initiative with the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement.
📍 Location: 33 King Street, Oshawa/Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
🗓 Start Date: November 3, 2025
📅 End Date: March 31, 2026 (extension possible)
⏰ Hours: 7.25 hours/day
🔒 Security Clearance: CRJMC
hashtag#Key Responsibilities:
Provide program management leadership for large-scale, high-profile initiatives.
Lead delivery of Strategic Vendor Management framework (SOPs, tools, templates, governance).
Support vendor orchestration, governance committees, and stakeholder engagement.
Deliver strategic advisory services to ensure high-quality vendor services meet ministry objectives.
Develop and maintain relationship charters, performance scorecards, and continuous improvement recommendations.

✔ Strong experience in Program Management & PMLC
✔ Extensive Vendor Management & governance expertise
✔ Experience with IT vendor orchestration and performance frameworks
✔ Product Management & KPI experience
✔ Proven stakeholder management and change management capabilities
Additional Notes:
Hybrid model: 3 days onsite / 2 remote (increases to 4 days onsite from Oct 20, 2025; 5 days onsite from Jan 5, 2026).
