Noramtec Consultants is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a major government transformation initiative in Toronto.
This role will lead multi-stream programs focused on application portfolio rationalization, enterprise technology modernization, and strategic delivery planning. The successful candidate will work closely with senior executives, program owners, and technical teams to assess enterprise systems, identify rationalization opportunities, and develop technology roadmaps aligned with enterprise architecture strategies.

The ideal candidate has experience managing complex programs, applying application rationalization frameworks (TIME or Retain/Retire/Re-platform/Reimagine), and developing value or benefits models tied to modernization outcomes such as cost reduction, consolidation, and reduced technical debt.
Direct Ontario government experience is a strong asset.
