Program Manager (Digital Health)

TTP is hiring a Program Manager (Digital Health) to support a major Ontario digital health transformation program focused on improving patient access and navigation services. Location: Toronto (up to 5 days onsite) Rate:$110/hr Contract:10-month contract (extension) MUST HAVE 7+ years Program Management in complex, multi-stakeholder environments Public sector / government experience (required) Strong Product & Release Planning (prioritization, sequencing, delivery) Vendor management (backlogs, reviews, enhancements, feedback cycles) Experience supporting procurement and stakeholder alignment Strong governance, executive communication, and reporting skills Ability to manage multiple workstreams, risks, and dependencies ROLE SNAPSHOT Lead delivery across business, clinical, policy, and vendor teams to support planning, governance, release coordination, and execution of a large-scale Digital First healthcare initiative.
