Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
PMP Certification is mandatory.
15+ years of experience in program and project management, with budgets exceeding $10 million.
Proven experience delivering strategic data transformation programs in the insurance or financial sector.
Hands-on experience with data warehouse, data lake, and data visualization implementations.
At least one project experience in the government sector is preferred.
Strong understanding of data collection, correlation, and analysis.
