We’re looking for a Product Owner – #RecruitmentDigitization to join a leading Canadian financial institution and help drive the evolution of its #RecruitmentTechnology landscape.

📍 Location: #Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 1 day/week onsite)
⏳ Duration: 6 Months #Contract

🎯 Must-Have Experience:
✅ 3-5 years of Product Owner or #BusinessAnalysis experience
✅ Strong #testing and regression testing experience
✅ Knowledge of #Agile, #Waterfall, and #SDLC methodologies
✅ Experience gathering and validating business requirements
✅ Strong #StakeholderManagement and communication skills
✅ Experience with Microsoft technologies, SharePoint, and business process analysis

⭐ Highly Preferred:
✔ #Workday Pro Certification
✔ Recruitment Technology / #HRTechnology background
✔ #FinancialServices or #Banking industry experience
