✅ What You’ll Do:
Drive product vision, prioritize backlogs, and define clear requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies where needed.
Leverage your mainframe expertise to modernize legacy platforms.
💼 What We’re Looking For:
5+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or PM in Agile teams.
Proven mainframe experience (must-have).
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and tools like Jira/Confluence.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience with Agile transformations and enterprise-level delivery.
🌟CSPO/PSPO certification
Banking or Financial Services experience
Familiarity with SAFE, DevOps, CI/CD, UI/UX
