Essential Skills:
Product Owner experience
Business Systems Analyst (BSA) team leadership Agile methodology proficiency
Proven experience as a Product Owner leading large-scale, cross-functional programs.
Strong background in Business Systems Analysis, including requirements gathering and documentation.
Advanced experience creating BRDs, SRS, FSDs, traceability matrices, and risk impact documents.
Expertise in data analysis, data lineage, and source‑to‑target mapping for regulatory and AML initiatives.
Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build consensus across teams.

Desirable Skills:
Experience in regulatory compliance, AML, or financial services environments.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to document technical information in a way that is understandable for all audiences.
