Are you an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in Mainframe systems, card payment platforms, and the banking domain? We’re looking for someone just like you to join our team in Toronto!
🔍 What You’ll Bring
✅ 5+ years in a Product Owner / Business Analyst role in an Agile environment
✅ Deep experience with Mainframe systems (a must-have)
✅ Background in card payment systems and/or banking
✅ Strong grasp of Agile frameworks – Scrum, Kanban, Lean
✅ Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello
✅ Exceptional communication and leadership skills
✅ Experience working with distributed teams
✅ Understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
🌟 Nice to Have
🔸 CSPO / PSPO or similar certification
🔸 Familiarity with SAFe
🔸 Exposure to user research, design thinking, UI/UX
🔸 Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices
