About the Role
NORAMTEC is seeking an experienced Product Manager (Senior) to lead product strategy, planning, and execution for government-focused IT initiatives. This role requires proven leadership, strong communication, and the ability to drive product outcomes in complex, high-visibility environments. You will guide product vision, support delivery teams, and ensure alignment with organizational and stakeholder objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Product Leadership & Strategy
Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to align decisions and delivery efforts.
Develop product design criteria, planning activities, business objectives, communication plans, and implementation strategies.
Direct, coordinate, and monitor all product management activities to ensure timely, cost-effective, user-centric outcomes.
Execution & Delivery
Prioritize features and manage the product backlog to maintain alignment across the delivery team.
Establish measurable objectives and KPIs to track progress and validate direction.
Determine release timing to ensure users experience value early and continuously.
Continually de-risk product direction using validated research and insights.
Communicate effectively with product teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Experience & Skill Set Requirements (Senior Level)
Relationship Management
Strong communication and mediation skills to support progress across teams
Proven ability in team building and consensus management
Experience overcoming change resistance and guiding teams through the full product lifecycle (Discovery → Alpha → Beta → Live)
Product Management
Expertise identifying risks and issues before they occur, with strong mitigation planning
Ability to present and prioritize risks at senior levels
Experience creating and maintaining a product roadmap
Ability to deliver with a balanced product team (PO, UX, Dev) using Agile/Scrum
Experience developing detailed product schedules and integrated plans
Experience presenting in steering committee and stakeholder forums
Strong background in product, program, or portfolio reporting to senior executives

Technical Skills
Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure
Experience with collaboration tools:
MIRO, Confluence, Trello, MS Office 365, Google Drive, Zoom, Slack, Teams
Experience with backlog management tools:
JIRA, Azure DevOps, Pivotal Tracker
