Product Manager – Developer Experience

We’re Hiring: Product Manager – Developer Experience 🚀 (Canada)

This role is central to shaping the internal platforms and tools that power how Autodesk engineers build, test, deploy, and operate software at scale. You’ll drive initiatives that improve developer productivity, reduce friction, and elevate engineering excellence across the organization.

💡 What you’ll be working on:
• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Autodesk’s internal developer platform 🚀
• Identify pain points across the software development lifecycle and deliver solutions that improve velocity and quality 🔍
• Drive adoption of modern AI-powered developer tools to enhance productivity and reduce toil
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, UX, research, and stakeholders across the business 🤝
• Use data, experimentation, and feedback loops to inform prioritization and decision-making
• Communicate strategy, progress, and impact clearly to both technical and executive audiences

🎯 We’re looking for someone who:
• Has 4+ years of product management experience (platform, infrastructure, or developer tools preferred)
• Has delivered internal platform capabilities at scale
• Understands DevOps ecosystems (GitHub, CI/CD, Kubernetes, artifact management, observability, etc.)
• Has experience evaluating or integrating 🛠️AI developer tooling🛠️
• Brings strong technical fluency, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
