Job Description

Criteria:
• In-depth knowledge of procurement policies, processes, and procedures as well as vendor risk management standards and practices
• Intermediate knowledge of strategic sourcing, trade agreements and legislation, operational procurement, invoicing, and payments
• Intermediate understanding of process improvement and sustainment methodologies (e.g., lean, change management, procurement policy and process)
• Broad understanding of procurement systems and how they interact with each other to support procurement policies
• An ability to assess then outline improvement areas and design key processes in a procurement setting
• An ability to lead small and more complex projects.
• Experience formulating, affecting, interpreting, and implementing policies and processes to ensure a strong control environment
