🚨 We’re Hiring: Process Analyst III – Toronto, ON (Hybrid) 🚨
📍 Location: Toronto, ON (222 Bay Street) – Hybrid (currently 2 days onsite, flexibility required)
📅 Contract: August 3, 2026 – April 30, 2027
💼 Industry: Banking / Financial Services
We’re hiring a Process Analyst III to support a high-impact Operational Risk Management team.
What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Support Key Risk Indicator (KRI) programs and operational risk governance
✔️ Perform control testing and identify process/control gaps
✔️ Partner with stakeholders to develop remediation plans
✔️ Prepare dashboards and reporting for senior leadership
✔️ Drive process improvements and enhance risk management practices
What we’re looking for:
✅ 4+ years of experience in Governance, Risk, Controls, Audit, or Compliance
✅ Strong understanding of operational risk management and control frameworks
✅ Experience with testing methodologies, quality control, or audit
✅ Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio skills
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and executive presentation skills
✅ Banking or wholesale banking experience is highly preferred
Nice to Have:
