📋 Role Details:
📍 Location: Remote (Canada-based, part-time, ~30 hours/week, 25-40 hours).
📅 Contract Term: June 25, 2025 – June 25, 2026 (with up to four 1-year extensions).

💼 Job Description:
We’re looking for one Privacy Analyst to lead privacy-related tasks, ensuring compliance with federal and provincial privacy laws. Key responsibilities include:

🔍 Privacy Impact Assessments: Conduct and deliver PIAs for complex, multi-system technology solutions.
📜 Policy & Compliance: Provide guidance on privacy legislation, including Saskatchewan’s FOIP and HIPA, and support breach responses.
📚 Training & Engagement: Deliver privacy training, conduct focus groups, and liaise with Access and Privacy Officers to enhance maturity.
🛠️ Solution Design: Apply privacy-by-design principles to assess and design solutions, including those involving biometrics.
📊 Research & Recommendations: Analyze project proposals and perform research to advance privacy protection and identify opportunities.
🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop work plans, manage schedules, and provide excellent customer service to meet client needs.

✅ Mandatory Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in developing and delivering Privacy Impact Assessments for complex/multi-system solutions.
Demonstrated experience with federal and Saskatchewan privacy laws (e.g., FOIP, HIPA).

🌟 Desired Qualifications:
Experience with Government of Saskatchewan or similar entities.
Expertise in privacy-by-design, biometrics, and information security standards.
Proven ability to review projects for privacy and security issues and develop work plans.
Relevant education (Business Administration, Computer Science) or privacy certifications.
